Refund Policy
We know how it goes. That swaddle transition looked perfect, but your baby decided they prefer the old school wrap. Or the nursing pillow cover you chose is beautiful, but it doesn’t match your nursery vibe anymore. We’ve been there — we redecorated three times.
You can return most unused, unwashed items within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping). We just ask that they’re free of stains, smells, and baby yogurt.
But here’s our flexible, parent‑friendly twist:
-
Blankets that got drooled on? Keep it. We’ll give you a discount on your next order instead.
-
Change mats with mysterious marks? That’s character. We won’t take it back, but we’ll help you choose a replacement.
-
Nursing pillow covers that have been spit‑up on? Please don’t send those — we’ll just send you a new one at half price.
-
Swaddle transitions that have been chewed and stretched? If they’re still intact and within 30 days, we’ll take them. If they look like they’ve been through a war, just keep them — we’ll still work with you.
-
Premium changing pad covers with a blown‑out elastic? That’s our fault — we’ll replace it immediately.
How to return:
-
Email returns@[yourstore].com with your order number and a reason. Even “baby just didn’t like it” is perfectly valid.
-
We’ll send you a return label (cost deducted unless we messed up).
-
Pack it, slap the label on, and drop it off. No formalities required.
Damaged or wrong item?
Our mistake. Send a photo within 7 days. We’ll refund or replace in full — plus a little extra surprise for your trouble.
Refund timeline:
Once we receive the return, we process within 5 business days. Your bank might take a couple more days — they’re slower than a baby choosing which blanket to chew.
Final thought:
We’d much rather make you happy than argue over a cover. If you’re ever unsatisfied — even if it’s just because your baby outgrew the swaddle before it arrived — talk to us. We’ll figure it out. Because parenting is hard enough without return drama.
Now go snuggle your little one. And remember — you’re doing a great job.
